"Content" means any content, emails, messages, photos or Profiles submitted or sent by Users to ArrangeMeADate.com or its employees or its agents, through their Use of the Website; "Fee" means an admin fee set out in the price list located at www.arrangemeadate.com/info_faq/how_site_works.php, payment of which shall entitle a User to be a Subscriber for one Period for no charge; "Period" means a 1, 2 or 3 month period commencing on the date of payment of a Fee; "Profile" means the information held by ArrangeMeADate.com about a User, such information having been submitted by either (i) the User to whom the information relates, or (ii) another User, permission having been obtained by ArrangeMeADate.com from the User to whom the information relates prior to such User's information being made available to other Users; "Subscriber" means a User who has either (i) paid the relevant Fee, or (ii) on whose behalf another User has paid the relevant Fee; "Terms" means the terms and conditions set out herein; "Use" means registering and updating Profiles, looking at the Profiles of other Users, contacting other Users, ArrangeMeADate.com or its employees and / or its agents and making payment of the Fee to ArrangeMeADate.com; "User" means any person who registers their details with the Website and thereby agrees to comply with these Terms;"Website" means the website www.arrangemeadate.com
4. Registration and Subscription
By completing the registration process you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you are eligible to use the Service, and that you agree to be bound by all of these Terms. In consideration of your use of the Service, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service's registration form (such information being the "Registration Data").

On payment of the relevant Fee, Subscribers hereby agree and consent to the immediate commencement of the performance of the services by MSF such that, on payment of the relevant Fee, Subscribers can immediately access certain functions of the Website, including communication with other Users
It shall be at ArrangeMeADate.com’s sole discretion whether to accept any Content, including Profiles. In the event that any Content is not accepted by ArrangeMeADate.com, ArrangeMeADate.com may write to you to explain the reasons for this, but shall be under no obligation to do so. Under such circumstances, provided that the User is not in breach of these Terms, the relevant Fee shall not be payable and shall, where relevant, be reimbursed.
5.Code of Conduct
You agree that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, advice, statements or other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. This means that you, and not ArrangeMeADate, are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email or otherwise transmit via the Service.

You acknowledge and agree that ArrangeMeADate.com may preserve Content and may also disclose Content if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to:
(a) comply with any applicable law
(b) enforce the Terms
(c) respond to claims that any Content violates the rights of third-parties

6. Cancellation/refund
Apart from exceptional circumstances, ArrangeMeADate.com does not give refunds. Members can join ArrangeMeADate.com for free and try out the system before deciding whether to pay for Full membership if they so wish. The fee paid for Full membership is for the ability to use the extra features of Full membership - it does not give you any guarantees of level of service. Whilst we wish our members many happy introductions we can make no guarantee about the number or quality of these introductions. We cannot guarantee lots of compatible members in your area - it's the member's responsibility to check this through the free search facility before paying for Full membership. ArrangeMeADate.com is designed for use with the latest PC versions of Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator and is fundamentally designed as a self-service system. Members can (and are expected to) do everything they need to their account themselves. Members are also expected to have a working, up to date browser and knowledge of how to use it. Members with any other/older browsers or different computers (e.g. Mac, Unix) are responsible for satisfying themselves that the site works well enough for them before paying. ArrrangeMeADate.com also cannot offer technical support/'handholding' for people with old/faulty browsers or who don't know to use them. (e.g. we expect people to be able to adjust their 'cache' and 'cookie' settings on their browser).
We cannot guarantee that you can use the service 100% of the time. Whilst we strive for reliability, the Internet is inherently an unstable environment - like many websites we also occasionally suffer glitches and sometimes need to briefly close the site for short periods of maintenance.
The cost of full membership of ArrangeMeADate.com is so low that the admin charges involved in taking the money in the first place then processing the refund are often comparable to the entire cost of the full membership. If we gave refunds we'd have to increase the price - hence our 'no refund' policy.
ArrangeMeADate.com does not tolerate bad behaviour. ArrangeMeADate.com, in its sole discretion, may terminate your account, with no refund of any fees paid, if it considers you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the Terms or of other rules and guidelines posted on the site.
You agree that you accept ArrangeMeADate.com Refund Policy as described above.
7. Term and Termination
These Terms will remain in full force and effect while you are a User of the Website.
You may cease to be a User at any time, for any reason, effective upon receipt by ArrangeMeADate.com of your written or email notice of termination, sent to the postal or e-mail address detailed in clause 2.
ArrangeMeADate.com may at any time, terminate the agreement with you, deny you access to the Website and delete your Profile and any other Content you have submitted by your Use of the Website on provision of reasonable notice.
